Channels without a shared route
Ads, the website and social media send inquiries to different places.
ELEMENT / Digital Commercial Infrastructure
We organize digital presence, operate acquisition and improve the commercial journey for companies, small businesses, professionals and organizations across industries.
The problem
Attracting is only the first step
A campaign can attract an inquiry. To move forward, each contact needs a destination, an owner and a next step. When messages stay scattered, follow-up breaks down and it becomes hard to know what happened.
The gap appears after the first contact.
Ads, the website and social media send inquiries to different places.
Without an owner or next step, a conversation can stall midway.
When source and progress are disconnected, it is hard to see what is working.
Method
First, we clarify the offer and how an inquiry should move forward. Then we organize acquisition and follow-up; signals from the operation guide each adjustment.

Follow-up shows what to sustain and what to adjust.
We understand the offer and the path each inquiry follows. We prepare messages, assets and tools to record opportunities and define the next step.
We plan and manage campaigns, creative and conversion points. We review execution and response time to keep each opportunity moving.

ELEMENT
ELEMENT grew out of six years of work under Posadas Media and applies that experience to digital commercial infrastructure.
We focus on the link between acquisition, response and follow-up. We decide what to measure from the outset and keep observed data separate from estimates. The structure adapts to the business, its team and its resources.
Resources

Blog
An inquiry may arrive from an ad, a search or a referral. Without a process to respond and record the outcome, the investment loses useful information.
An inquiry can move forward when the team knows what to do and when to follow up.

First step
Tell us what you sell, how inquiries come in today and where follow-up breaks down. That context helps us decide whether working together makes sense.
